Italy in every bite
Cornelio began with a simple idea: bring the Italian ritual of freshly baked bread and morning espresso to Los Mochis. Every recipe comes from hours of practice and the wish to do things right, without rushing.


the craft
Dough, hands and time
We fold butter into dozens of layers and let the dough ferment for up to three days. No shortcuts: the crackling croissant and the bread that perfumes the plaza are the fruit of patience.

A bistro that feels like a party
Harlequin tiles, cobalt blue and warm light. We designed every corner of Plaza Alcázar so that staying feels like a trip to an Italian piazza — for breakfast, for work, or to gather with your people.

Chef Director of the Los Mochis Culinary Fest and founder of Bottega Catering, where he has created exclusive Chef’s Tables and collaborations with renowned national and international chefs. After building a successful career in San Diego with award-winning restaurants, he now brings to life Cornelio Bakery & Bistro, his new concept of hospitality and contemporary cuisine in Los Mochis, Sinaloa.
